份量: 3杯直徑8cm的陶瓷模具
材料:
蛋黄 2個
牛奶 80亳升
淡忌廉 180亳升
糖 20克
半甜碎朱古力 25克
Chocolate Crème Brûlée
Makes 3 ramekins (8cm in diameter)
Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
Milk 80ml
Whipping Cream 180ml
Sugar 20g
Semi-sweet chocolates 25g
